i asked for help in regards to heat resistant paint and david was a great help, he provided great information about what paint was best and how it would work.

Very competent and helpful. The computerised kitchen planner made choosing our new kitchen much simpler and quicker than poring through catalogues and trying to work out what option were available.
Crucially while our needs and preferences were taken into account throughout, helpful advice and suggestions were made.
All in all a pleasant planning experience.

Diane and Justin were both very helpful. Justin took the item to my car and loaded. Staff at this shop are generally very pleasant and helpful.

Brandon was very helpful. Showed me the way to exactly what I was looking for and was patient and polite when I was at the till and suddenly remembered something else I needed.

I came in for a new garden table and chairs, David was polite and friendly while talking me through the different options, once I came to a decision he swiftly got it from the back and even made sure I got a weight for my parasol. Very knowledgeable and kind staff, I'll be definitely be back.

I had a day off from work today and decided to take a wee mooch round Homebase when i met, David, I’ve never been the one to leave reviews but the service I was shown definitely made me want to leave a review! David was brilliant, we started talking about my plans for decorating my new flat that I’ve moved into and David had shown me some things that had totally matched my description of what I was after! He made shopping so fun and I had a brilliant laugh with him. We definitely need some more David’s in this word as some of us need his charm to bring us out of a dull rainy mood, thank you again!

I was already overwhelmed by anxiety from shopping elsewhere when I walked into the store on Monday, so I asked the customer service lady, Shelly, could she gently point me to where I would find the two items I needed, a new washing line cord and some nails. Shelly gently guided me to exactly where I needed to look, and I easily found what I needed. When I went to pay, Shelly was at the till. As she scanned the last item, I suddenly realised I had left my purse in my car I the car park. Shelly told me not to worry, she would wait for me to return with my purse, she could see the panic on my face and gently told me it was OK. I was able to retrieve my purse from the car and pay for my goods without further stress. Thank you Shelly. Your kindness meant a great deal to me today.

Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though the store was about to close he didn’t not rush us and asked if there was anything else we needed.

This Homebase has always been a great addition to the local area; however, it’s the staff that make it! Nothing is ever a bother and they are always happy to help find the best products, with the best value, to best suit your needs! Diane is especially lovely on tills!

Very nice surprise with the latest shop here (my favourite for garden compost selection and home decor), seeing a young employee Cameron passionate about his job and also knowledgeable on paint section. In general staff in Homebase Dunfermline is always great and friendly.

The staff member David was very helpful and knowledgeable also very friendly and chatty.
This was a pleasant experience shopping at Homebase Dunfermline today.

Excellent Service, Nikki the girl on the till was very very helpful, pleasant and Cheerful, she even got a young lad Cameron to carry out our items to the car, at 76 I was more than grateful for their assistance, they are a Credit to Homebase
