Very knowledgeable male worker explained about the lawnmower I was interested in and at the checkout with a very helpful assistant called Shelly the male assistant helped me with the lawnmower to my car, I think his name was Jason but not sure but I’m sure Shelly would remember his name

The cashier went out her way to help me find what I was looking for this morning. Infact she actually went and got the two 5l pots of paint for me. Her act of kindness was needed this morning, a simple task to her meant a lot to me. Operator 163899.

Nikki and Shell at the Dunfermline store were very helpful when I had bulky products plants, turf etc I purchased. They were cheery, polite and lovely

As a novice gardener I was completely clueless as to how to start improving my garden. Shell took the time to help me and guided me in all pots and plants with tips and tricks. Thanks Shell!

Went in looking for azaleas but couldn’t find any. I spoke to Shell in the garden centre who told me when they usually come in and helped me find a really lovely hydrangea instead.

I bought 25 80 liter bags of compost, in three runs. Moniker, Nicky and a male employee who's name I didn't get, loaded my car up for me, which, I really appreciated it. I really hope that there boss values, there employees comments to the work and their customers.

While assembling the lawnmower one of the components broke. Not impressed very flimsy better value is available elsewhere and better quality!!

Lara at the checkout was very helpful. Stock was easy to find and well labelled.

James was really informative, kind and helpful. He spent at least 30 mins helping me select the right equipment for gardening then helped me carry it to the car. Diane clearly explained my choices with returning my pots. Service was speedy and I felt nothing was too much trouble. I'll be back!!😁👍

Came into store this afternoon, to ask for help concerning a mix-up with an on-line order for a table and bench set. Nikki was wonderful - very kind, understanding, helpful, proactive! She quickly got the return process set in motion for us, then arranged for us to buy the product we thought we had ordered, then helped with loading it into the car. Thanks to Lisa too - also very kind and helpful, and came up with a brilliant idea for furnishing the product! All sorted out so seamlessly, and we now have a lovely table and benches, that fit perfectly into our dining area! Very happy and grateful for all the help :)

Rebecca was lovely. She has served us a couple of times and is a credit to the store. Easy collection, quick service and tidy well staffed store
