Swift collection once staff member made inappropriate comment about my husband.

Collected one fence panel and as removals company owners we are well used to lifting awkward items.

After my husband picked up the panel to carry instead of using the trolley the staff member provided she commented to another staff member ‘someone clearly gets a testosterone hit by lifting big heavy things in front of people eh’ without realising I was still standing there.

Visited Dunfermline Store on Friday afternoon to purchase a lawnmore which was too heavy for me to lift. A young man named Brandon lifted it and took it out to my car. Very pleasant young lad. I was truly grateful for his help. Wanted to give him a tip, but he politely refused to accept.

The young woman in the customer service desk was excellent . Efficient and poliet and friendly , that is in the Dunfermline store
