Exceptional service and so helpful.

Fantastic team helped will paint for my new bedroom. The store manager was kind and friendly when a colleague asked for help about certain paints I asked.

I was served by Susan. She was absolutely wonderful at the tills and made me feel like I wanted to return. An absolute pleasure to talk to and an asset to your store.

Overpriced shop . Put discount signs up for 15% off but don’t give it . Get to till and you’re told it’s already been taken off even though it was same price before 15% sign went up. Queried it once before when I got some flooring and they admitted it and took discount off but up to old trick’s again.every other shop that has discounts on display it shows on receipts not Homebase because you’re being conned .Only use Homebase if desperate.

Jessie at Dereham Homebase was patient, helpful and kind whilst I was trying to make a decision on a garden set. Jessie is an asset to Homebase. Thank you it was really appreciated.

Paul was very helpful done a match colour with paint to an item, which I didn’t know you could do. Helped me with questions about my kitchen. He was very helpful and polite. Thoroughly recommend using this store.

Paul was very helpful and managed to fix the colour matching paint machine so we did not have to return later.

Called In to your branch In East Dereham yesterday to buy some gloss paint. I spoke to the assistant about the best for durability and they were very helpful. Appeared to have a very good level of product knowledge. Have been to this store many times and always found It to be a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Can't see me shopping anywhere else. Thanks guys!!

Mel was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when we were buying our large bbq. She assisted us to the van with it and even helped us in with it. What a star.

Website easy to navigate and order. Order placed 8pm so. It expecting anything until next day as store closed but still received text same day saying ready for collection.

At store 8:20 and items ready to collect, in and out within 2 minutes.
