Overcharged in my view for paint mix.
I have just found out that Homebase charged me £11 more to mix up 2.5 litres of their easy care matt emulsion because you don’t have Dulux Pearl Grey on the shelf, i.e. £38 instead of £27 if I had picked a colour you had on the shelf. That is extortionate by any standards. The ordinary matt in 5 litres cost me £6 more to get it mixed, which is still high. How can you justify these huge hikes?

As this is not a pre mixed colour from the Dulux range this does need to be specially mixed and does carry a premium price mark.

I had an accident in Homebase East…
I had an accident in Homebase East Grinstead store & two members of staff came to my aid.. Their care & support, after having quite a serious reaction to the accident, I was in shock, got me on the road to recovery in no time.. They swiftly dealt with my return & new purchase & it warms me that their are people who will help out a customer in such a caring way.. I can’t thank them enough..
