I needed to stain my wood decking Lisa at Homebase suggested Ronseal decking oil and also the colour. I’ve have just finished it and it loooks fantastic

Although item I wanted was on display I could not find where it was stocked so as to make a purchase. To cut a long story short I co-opted Maya’s help which she gave willingly. She went over and above the call of duty persevering until she had located the items which were hidden in a box. She also, again willingly, carried a rather heavy and bulky purchase to my car, well done and thank you very much Maya. A rare treat to experience customer service these days.

I ordered the product for in store collection, & I was kept informed throughout the process.
I collected it the following day, & Only had to wait a minute for the product.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered a garden furniture set which was ready on a trolley for me to collect. The gentleman on the desk asked me straight away if I would like it put into my car. Great service!

From the Felixstowe branch, a shop worker named Tim kindly offered to bring the frame I wanted from the Colchester branch as it wasn't in stock in Felixstowe. He did this quickly and efficiently. Many thanks - well done.

Visited your store last week to get some building materials. When I checked out I was greated by a lovely lady called lorraine. Very polite and friendly credit to your team.

The flexibility of being open until 8 pm as we had a 1 hour drive to collect the item.

I needed help in choosing some coarse grinding pads & the male assistant in the Felixstowe Store was very helpful indeed. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

Fantastic service. Order went through smoothly on Monday evening and was delivered on time, to the given address Wednesday morning. Well packaged and all parts present and correct.

Ordered the Oslo Nordic white light shade on line to be delivered in store …no problem at all and 20% off too ….whats not to like? Love the shade and will be getting another - for £16 it’s a dealbreaker! The shade is great although why put a very sticky label in an obvious place - it could have been more discreetly placed. Wasn’t easy to remove…hence 4 stars.

Efficient and effective service and a quick turnaround.

Wanted to compliment Lisa from Felixstowe store. She, though busy on other tasks, stopped what she was doing to help me find things, gave me ordering & reservation advice, and was able to understand & engage in our particular dilemma which concerned moving house.

We visited to source plants for our local community hospital as Friends of that hospital. We were offered 10% discount which was very generous.

The plants choice and condition was very good and the staff, Lorraine, Ryan and manager Tim were very helpful
