Sandra the staff member who was mixing my paint colour was great she was so helpful as I nearly had us both round the bend over shades, so many thanks.

Superb product at great price - delivered on day promised, albeit somewhat later than promised which was somewhat inconvenient.

Excellent service and customer care from Brian B at the Gateshead store, near closing time as well gone out his way to help, give that man a pay rise!

What wonderful staff in this store. I was directed to where I needed to be and was looked after by a very helpful and pleasant young man called Camron. I was also served at the till by a smiley friendly assistant
called Alex. It was so nice to have a pleasant shopping experience.

I was having difficulty finding an attachment that would attach my garden hose to the Karcher that I had bought at Homebase a while back. I made 2 visits to the store and Jamie and Dom couldn’t have been more patient and helpful and they managed to get me sorted out.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my kitchen from HomeBase Team Valley, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

John Chadwick in kitchen design did an amazing job. His creativity and attention to detail transformed my vision into a beautiful and functional kitchen that exceeded all my expectations. I literally couldn’t be any more happier with how it has turned out. He guided us through the process and made some excellent design recommendations such as making the island bigger and adding cupboards on the other side of peninsula etc. He is a credit to your organisation.

Dave, the deputy manager, was incredibly helpful when it came time to load the van when I needed to collect some ancillaries. His assistance made the process smooth and efficient, saving me a lot of time and hassle.

The delivery drivers were also a standout. They were polite and punctual and also called ahead to ensure I was prepared.

From the initial consultation to the final delivery, the entire team demonstrated professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction. I’m extremely happy with the service and the results. Thank you!

Went into Gateshead, Team Valley store to buy paint, daunting as always as so much choice available now. Approached by Brian B as we obviously looked baffled, he asked what we were looking for then helped us to match colours to the curtain samples we had with us, nothing was a trouble to him and happy to help us all the way until we decided on the purchase. What a fabulous chap and an asset to Homebase, thanks again Brian B, between us we made the perfect choice, the room looks fab.

We have been in and out of the Team Valley branch a few times this month and have had great service each time, even when returning. Alex has just been exceptionally helpful when serving us - she has a lot of useful tips!
