Straight forward ordering online, click and collect ready before allocated time, friendly staff

I was looking for a exterior black gloss and couldn’t find what I was looking for and then I spotted an assistant who went out of her way to help me , she found the paint I was looking for , I was also looking for some small bulbs I had the packet I needed and Dawn ( the assistant) said we don’t do them anymore and left me to go and find an alternative,
Dawn was the best customer service assistant I have had in a long time whilst I’ve been shopping in any store , she is a credit to your store and needs to be recognised

Purchased the Alexandria 3pc seating set very happy with purchase and good service from helpful staff David and Ingrid at the Team Valley store

Bought a BBQ and asked for assistance in carrying it to the till & to my car. David couldn’t have done enough to help. Excellent member of staff thank you so much

Ordered some hedge trimmers online received e text same evening the courier has my parcel …a week later no parcel I called into store ..no parcel.Ended up contacting customer services who are processing a refund .

David was super helpful in sorting our BBQ click and collect, and advising on other items. He also helped us take the items to our car and load up safely which was a big help.

We popped in to Homebase for a sun lounger and ended up with a furniture set for the garden with David’s help we couldn’t be happier. He went out of his way to ensure we were making the right decision and purchasing exactly what we needed. Nothing seemed an issue even with me asking multiple questions. His knowledge of the product was fantastic and he seemed genuinely interested in helping us. This was a big purchase for us and it was made with ease with David’s help.

Ordered lawnmower online for click and collect from Homebase Gatrshead. Arrived in store. Went to collection point. Rang the bell and member of staff attended immediately. This man was Brian B. He checked identity etc and then produced the item. He immediately offered to carry the lawnmower to the car and placed it in my boot. Excellent Service which is difficult to find these days. Thank you Brian.

We visited the Team Valley store today and asked a very pleasant young man named James if the Norbury hallway bench was on display, it wasnt but James went over and above to help us opening a box so we could view it properly then after purchasing it he took it to the car for us
an absolute credit to your store

Bought loads of tester paints. Settled on Potters Clay. Colour absolutely nothing like tester too dark will never buy another homebase tester again
