Price cheaper than Amazon!
Easy to order from local branch and collected next day to replace similar flymo lawnmower that was over 20+years old.
And we were able to recycle our old one at the store which was really helpful!

Very easy to order online with click and collect service. Once I received my notification that my item was ready I heading along to store. Staff were very welcoming and polite, also offered to help load the car. Very pleasant experience.

Went to Homebase but won’t be returning anytime soon
Went to Homebase, Auldhouse in Glasgow this morning to buy bark, plants and garden accessories and was refused assistance to access a trolley - despite having a healthy budget to spend in store (which is of course irrelevant) I didn’t have a £1 coin to unlock a trolley and the store manager wasn’t minded to take a pragmatic approach and assist….a slightly ridiculous situation.

Ordering online to the customer service on collection was excellent.
I placed my order after 5pm for collection the next morning, on collecting my order the staff were great and helped take the items out to the car. 10/10 for Homebase and their staff in auldhouse store, Glasgow

We ordered a garden table and chairs
We ordered a garden table and chairs. The click and collect was ready after 20mins. When we arrived in the store it was available in a few minutes and two members of staff were very pleasant and helpful and loaded it into the car which was most appreciated as we are elderly and my husband has Parkinson’s . Couldn’t get any better service.
