I have purchased a lot from Homebase…
I have purchased a lot from Homebase and will do again but I was just a little upset that I picked the black and white coat hangers and when I arrived I was given all white ones , all 40 of them .(4 packs of 10)
The girl was adamant that’s what I picked , on further investigation the actual website was false advertising saying black and white hangers 10 pack and they weren’t actually there .
I came away with the white ones wishing I had just left them as I did want black .
Being petty over hangers I know but what I bought and what I got were 2 different things

Product was poorly packaged and the frame glass smashed to pieces. Took it back to the shop after delivery. They were apologetic and gave a refund as there was not a similar product to swap with. They were not surprised I had received a broken item.
