Great easy order and pay system…hubby sent to pick up and said all good
Unfortunately there was a mark on one of the boxes which looked like damp and when we opened it there was a damp patch on the unit….it was needed in a hurry so we put it to the back but feel it should have been checked before being sold

We went instore at Glenrothes to buy shelves. The packaging of one of the shelves was open and parts missing. Staff very quickly responded and matter was resolved in minutes. Such a positive experience. Delighted with our purchase and service provided.

Staff are nice and helpful. Maybe that is the reason for this branch always sold out inventory quickly. I often have to go to the Edinburgh branch to buy their products.

A fantastic and friendly environment. All the staff are always happy to assist with any questions. Frank helped me when I wanted to get one of the garden sale items on display and even helped carry the bulky boxes to my car. Easy to order, easy to collect

Staff member Janette went above any beyond to help me find wallpaper that I had my heart set on when they only had 1 roll left in the Glenrothes branch. Janette managed to trace the paper I wanted in the Craigleith branch in Edinburgh. I was then able to drive to Edinburgh to pick it up. Janette never rushed when helping despite working over her scheduled finishing time, she was very customer focused and demonstrated excellent patience even though a queue was building up behind me!

Excellent customer service and particularly grateful for the help from the staff to try and fit everything in to the back of our vehicle. All done with a smile and great banter. 🥰

Had great help from Janette from Homebase in Glenrothes Fife. Was extremely helpful to me when purchasing a garden bench, the two of us had get difficulty when trying to get it into the back of my car , most people would have given up but due to her persistence we done it, ever so grateful to her, give her a pay rise.

Ordering on-line was suitably straightforward which for an 'oldie' like me was encouraging.

Carol from the outdoor plants department was patient and extremely knowledgeable about her plants. She gave me excellent advice on plant choices for my container planters!
