Ordered online: easy to order & item ready to pick up within 24 hours

We had a new kitchen designed by Neri and were extremely pleased with the service we received. The original concept was with basic flat pack but was changed to a different cabinet style (hand built) and Neri was very accommodating in doing this and answered our queries with knowledge and a smile. He was very explanatory, gave good advice with regards to appliances, accessories and suggested things we hadn't thought about.
We are waiting for delivery of the cabinets etc with great anticipation of a beautiful new kitchen.

Came to pick up a few items. Already packed onto a trolley. Some items were very heavy so asked for help. Lovely man called Kane came and helped get the items into the car.

My MuM bought a nice “Sofia” Arm Chair.

I had to queue up with the customers who had normal purchases. No separate place to collect orders and that queue was long. I might as well just come in store and picked up the item .Did not save time etc with the click and collect system.

I found ordering on line was not very user friendly.
The lady was rather abrupt when I went to pick the stuff from the store. All I said would you be able to print the receipt please and she nearly bit my head off.I think click and collect is widely practised now and almost every one issues atleast a delivery note. I had to check the stuff against my email!

I was able to collect what I had ordered, and buy some other items very quickly. I was served by Rita who was very efficient, helpful and friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. Excellent customer service!

Neri Junior helped design my bathroom and provided exceptional design expertise and support throughout the process. His knowledge of the products available was very impressive and he was always available to answer questions and provide solutions when necessary. Thank you for helping make the project stress free and an enjoyable one!

Callum at paint department is exceptional with his knowledge and hard work. We came in last min to the store and he gave us unlimited advice making our decision easier. 100% recommend this gent.

Came in for help with paint. Callum at the paint desk could not be more helpful. Made us feel very valued as customers, even though he was really busy, no question we asked was too much trouble and was answered with great knowledge, advice and passion. Ask for Callum if you need help with your painting needs, you will not be dissapointed.

We ordered a garden furniture set in the sale and before collection, I was called to say that only the display one was available and to ask if we wanted it with 10% discount. However we were given a further discount on the day as my husband had to dismantle the legs himself to get it in the car (they may have assisted if asked). The quality of the garden furniture is excellent, we're really happy with it and the customer service.

Callum from the Hanworth store was so helpful and made the experience easy. I needed help with paint and advice and he was super quick, patient and cheerful.

A young man (Luke) telephoned within an hour of order online - polite and professional. Explained one item o/s and refund - remaining order ready to collect. Excellent - good old reliable Homebase.
