Homebase - Harlow Reviews 

Today I was served by Grace. My attention was brought to the assistant, how she quickly folded my receipt with a little message inside asking me to give feedback. I don't normally but today I had some time so thank you homebase for being open on a Sunday, which will keep my wife happy as she has been wanting to paint our garden furniture for ages

Myself and my daughter called the Harlow store to find out if they had the Andora table and chairs. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly with excellent customer service! We went to the tills to pay and were greeted by a professional and friendly man called Harry. He had excellent customer service skills with a lovely positive attitude. Thank you for a great store experience!

Samuel Mansfield at the Harlow branch does the company proud. He has excellent communication skills and is very knowledgeable when it comes to designing kitchens. He was very patient with me as I dithered about with design layouts and couldn't be more helpful. Unfortunately despite loving the country kitchen product, the colours sadly didn't work in my kitchen. I would however highly recommend Samuel if you require a kitchen plan.

Wide selection of goods and really helpful staff. Lisa was especially good on the till.

I love Homebase, everything is laid out so you can get what you came in for. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I was served by Ali who was friendly and polite.

Great service from Clive in Paint Mixing Shop shame job delayed few days as required extra tin of paint mixed to complete job but Dulux Machine was OOO

No till receipt available and when I got home and worked out the bill the labelled prices had not been charged correctly. Unable to take back as no receipt

The lady we asked in Harlow, Susan immediately called someone to help and was knowledgeable and chatty

Got a smashing deal on a new lawn mower. I marked my score down because when I went in store to collect they couldn't find my order and said that I had already collected it! After checking the storage area and computer they eventually found my order. They did apologies, but this was their only blip.

Sam a member of the kitchen sales team was excellent. He was not pushy but did talk us through the options for the kitchen. Sam came round to measure up and put us in touch with one of the kitchen fitters that Homebase use. Terry the kitchen fitter with his son was so good and left the kitchen spotless when they left. We are so pleased with the kitchen and would go to Sam and the fitter for any work we need in the future.

Denise is a fantastic kitchen designer and has be exceptionable helping resolve any issue and snagging problems that has come up. And has been a pleasure to work with within my kitchen design.
