Staff polite and professional

First class service from ordering click and collect items. When checking by phone if my order was ready, because I hadn't received ready to collect email staff polite and very helpful on telephone. Big plus for me was being able to phone store direct.No queue to collect....2 staff at counter, my items in cupboard next to counter.

It's impossible to order the exact number of a product you require on line - I needed 14 tins of paint, but my local store only had 4 available. I called the helpline to ask how I could order the other 10 tins to be told I can't! The lady on the helpline had no interest in finding a solution for her company to get my £500.
When I went into the Harlow branch to collect the 4 tins I'd ordered on line and ask for help in getting the remaining 10, I was lucky to meet Karen (Ops Team Leader) who went out of her way to find and secure the products I wanted and then Neil (Store Manager) who visited two other branches to collect the 10 tins. Such great customer service, I really appreciated the help.

Really helpful and gave good advice.
Richard went above and beyond, helping me with many bags of stones and also loading my car.
