I would like to say thank you
I clicked and collected a tin of paint and drove 3 miles home. When I got home, the lid had come off the paint and 5l leaked all over the car. It appears the paint had been opened and put back on the shelf. It’s done extensive damage to my car.

Went to collect an order l made of a feather light shade on arrival lady on the collections till didn't acknowledge l was there another one of her colleagues asked for my order number which l gave he came back with a feather standing lamp l said this is not my order lady rudely replied yes it is cause l collected it with her very very rude manner l calmly shower her my order receipt which showed that was not my order they were giving me she soon realised l was right and only then corrected her manner but by then it's too late cause lm already irritated l came in nicely to collect my purchase not to receive that kind of treatment when l was having such a nice day ! Thanks !

The experience was smooth and the staff couldn’t do enough to help.
We visited the Leeds Moor Allerton store today for some paint. It was difficult to find a staff member willing to help us. We then found Ethan and asked him to show us what we needed. He went over all the types of paint, brands, how much we’d need and what colours he could match. He went above and beyond and IS A CREDIT to the business showing all the staff members top notch customer service!!! We were about to lose hope and go else where but he helped us and upsold us 2+ litres of paint we wouldn’t have otherwise bought. Lovely and polite young man.
