Diabolical customer service.
Ordered a bulb advertised as 6w for click and collect. Collected from store got home it was a 4w bulb. Not what was ordered or paid for. Rather than walking all the way back to homebase i rang customer services ..... complete waste of time ..... not interested told me to go back to store. So not only have I been given the wrong item ordered or it has been miss advertised on there website .... it was advertised as a 6 watt ... it was 4 watt I recieved I now have to walk all the way back to the store I bought it from to sort it out......
Would not recommend Homebase customer services is definitely lacking.

Must admit, I tend to forget about Homebase and my first thoughts are always other DIY stores but this time and other times, Homebase turned out to be much better value! Will check prices at Homebase everytime now! The lady on the counter was very friendly too!

Went to get some bags of manure. Couldn't find any in the garden area. Spoke to a member of staff who was working in the area. Not only did she locate a pellet full of bags but kindly brought me 3 on a trolley. That's what I call great customer services. Shame I didn't get her name.

Met my expectations, entirely. Easy online search, selection and ordering. Smooth collection process - good communication and straightforward pickup. Bravo!

Brilliant customer service I didn’t pick up the item and you called me and rearranged not realising that it was a bank holiday and that I wouldn’t be able to get there because of that and you still kept it for me even though it was later than the time of restock and refund.
Excellent service

Ordered goods on line as all were available at Leicester site. However after paying for 2 folding chairs, 1 Sun lounger and 2 toilet seats. Received a call that although website was showing 5 folding chairs available, they didn’t have any. Tried to re book at different East Mid sites, but had all sold out by then at all sites for the folding chairs, probably as bank holiday discount items, shame as the sun lounger and chairs were meant to match. Positive when I went to collect remainder of order. The service was very good and lady very quick and helpful.

Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to help, trying all avenues to find what i needed.
I wanted BIN 123 and he knew there should be 3 in stock.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jayshri to design our new kitchen. The design was just what we wanted and anything we asked was answered with ease, her knowledge is extensive! From design through to installation Jayshri was on hand to assist us. We think she is a credit to Homebase with her customer focus being second to none. Thank you, we love our new kitchen!

The product was there when I arrived to pick it up

All OK. Until tried to lodge a complaint with the Manager (Nicola) regarding unable to get a larger quantity of the product.
Very poor management.

Long queues, not enough staff .

The staff on the checkout, Sub and Liz, were incredibly friendly and did all they could to help us out with an issue with a product we were purchasing

Easy to place order, collected a couple of hours later, easy collection in store. Great

The service given to us by Lily was exceptional. She was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.
She arranged the sale efficiently, advised us of transport options that was of great benefit.
