Superb customer service from Patricia who went out of her way to sort out dining chairs and table set. Also double couch to 'match' for appartment kitchen/ living/ dining room.
Cherry on the cake Andrew, man with the van, who delivered and assembled the same day. Efficient and good humoured despite having to negotiate two flights of stairs and narrow doorways. Great people, thank you both.

Was in this morning and we were lucky to have Pauric helping us with a paint match , he is an expert in his field . Thanks Pauric ! Our baby even enjoyed Pauric’s paint mixing 😜

I live in Letterkenny, Donegal in Ireland. I'm very positive about my local store here in Letterkenny - good range of products and staff are always really helpful - but, unless I'm mistaken, your online offering for Irish customers is worse than useless.

No Irish website, therefore no facility to check local stock or arrange click and collect. No facility for online ordering unless I can provide a UK postcode, which I obviously can't. I've tried to use my Eircode, the Irish version, but it's not recognised.

Am I missing something? Is there more available to non-UK customers online than I'm seeing? If so, my comments can be taken as a criticism of visibility and accessibility

Nice shop with plenty of products. Spent some time talking with the lovely jessica, nothing was too much hassle and she went out of her way to check a few things for me. I will definitely return as I appreciated the friendly service

I was in homebase recently and a worker donal help me get the right light bulbs I was searching for , some man for one man 10/10 service

Great service! I was looking for a plank of wood but couldn’t find one in the right size. Thankfully, Donal stepped in and offered to cut it to the exact measurements I needed, saving me the hassle. Truly appreciated the helpful and efficient assistance!

Fantastic customer service from Jessica. Very patient and understanding as my version of DIY is Destroy It Yourself. Excellent product knowledge meant I purchased exactly what I needed for my project.

I wanted to do some painting in my house but couldn't find the perfect colour but thankfully pauric was there to help me pick out the colour and mixed it for me. 10/10 customer service.

Hi there,I was so lucky to meet Saz when I was looking for help to update,tile,paint and get new cabinet handles for my kitchen.She gave me great advice and tips and help pick colors and tiles etc.A great asset to the store.

Extremely good customer service. A staff member Andrew, went above and beyond to help and advise. Was very kind, gave great advice as overheard a conversation and directed us. Trimmed the little trees as directed by my elderly mother and gave very clear guidance in their care. Very grateful.

I bought a kitchen with James in Homebase Letterkenny and can't recommend him enough. He designed us a gorgeous kitchen and managed the fitting so well. There was a slight issue with a couple of the doors arriving damaged but he was able to get them replaced within a week which. He was also able to help us with the flooring for the extension as well as paint. All of the staff who helped us in the store were fantastic. So friendly and nothing was a bother.

I was in homebase yesterday I asked the lovely lady on the till Maria if it was possible to get an item of furniture put together for a lady, she spoke with her manager Pauric and he said he would do it on his lunch break! How lovely and fantastic service 👏 and thanks also to Daniel who brought it out to our vehicle ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very helpful and friendly attitude from staff member Matthew. He was very informative on advice about paints I was looking for. He even took the paint to my car. So refreshing to see young enthusiastic, extremely helpful and friendly staff these days.
