Well today i was looking for paints and screws in homebase and I was a bit lost in where to find them but the staff were very helpful to me especially the worker matthew who was a great help to me to find the materials I needed

Very helpful staff
I went into Homebase today to buy some paint for my house and Donal, a very helpful member of staff helped me by mixing the paint and carrying it to the car. Overall a great store and very friendly staff.

Great customer experience!
I went in not really knowing what I was after but I was helped straight away by Stephen. He was polite annd professional and got me sorted with all the paint and products I needed- even gave me some great advice on how to sort out a mould issue on one of my ceilings. I left happy with all the products I needed for my job! The whole experience was easy and I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent - above and beyond
I had seen a product instore ages ago, went back couldn't find it and nor could anyone else, but I mentioned it to another one of the members of staff, Patricia, and she said she would look and see if she could find it for me - took my number as I was leaving the store and said if she came across it would be in touch.
Long story short, I had forgotten all about it, but Patricia hadn't - a text out of the blue telling me that she had found the item (fallen down the back of shelving in the stock room) a price and to come in and see it before purchase, if I still wanted it.
Excellent service - every store should have a Patricia!

Really Useful
Was looking for some storage boxes to get organised post Christmas. A member of staff called Stephen recommended the really useful boxes that were on offer and he helped carry them to my car. The boxes are so strong and robust compared to ones I have got previously.

New Kitchen
Was looking for a new kitchen and a friend recommended Homebase based on the experience they had. We met James instore and he went through our options and even called out to our home to make sure measurements were accurate before we placed our order. Kitchen has just been finished and we are absolutely delighted.
