Amazing service!! Thanks so much. No waiting around and order was ready for immediate collection. A very helpful member of staff brought out the oder to my car and loaded the heavy items. Haven't seen customer service like this in a very long time!!

The lady on the till was very nice and helpful and above all very joyful I very impressed because I spoke to the same lady on the phone before going to the store to find out if my item was available for collection and she was very nice and helpful on the phone God bless her thank you home base Luton.

Great service, gentleman who served me was polite, courteous, and helpful. Even found me a trolley to put my storage boxes on without me asking. This in turn saved me time and effort. If anyone knows who he is please tell him what a difference this made to my day. I was there approximately 11.30 / 12.00 to pick up 4 storage boxes I ordered.

Great assistance from Evelyn and Paige

Evelyn was really helpful in guiding us to choose the right colours. The heritage range from Dulux is a great recommendation, so much better quality than the normal range. Again lovely team at the Luton store, always so helpful and cheerful.

Katie and Evelyn were incredibly helpful and friendly, helped us get exactly what we needed!

Great service and very efficient in dealing with my requirements. Despite the person serving at the till being very busy she could see what I needed and called through to get my replacement gas so that I did not have to wait when I got to the front of the queue.
