Homebase - Market Harborough Reviews 

I experienced the best customer service from Mandy at the Market Harborough store today. She resolved an issue that I had with some paint for me, going over and above to speak to Dulux and call me back a number of times to update me. Dulux themselves were also amazing.
So wonderful to find employees that really do care and receive great customer service in a time where it is often so lacking.

Part of the parasol was missing which became evident when unpacking it. Took back to the store for replacement. So two trips to the shop, total 40 miles. Not such a bargain then

We bought a sofa from Homebase in store as it was sold out online. Jamie served us and spent considerable time helping us. Nothing was too much trouble. This was from locating the item (as store was nearly out of stock too), bringing it down to the shop floor and getting the item into the car. We had problems as the item wasn’t going to fit, and he helped remove the packaging which then enabled it to fit.

Jamie’s customer service skills were second to none and he is a real asset to your Market Harborough store. Would definitely return for other purchases.

I called to see if the chairs had arrived, but they hadn't. A woman took my name and phone number and called me when they came in the next day. A friendly and helpful young man helped me get them into my car.

Mandy came to my assistance at the Market Harborough store and pointed out the paint I was purchasing was infact on offer if I bought 2 tins. I bought two and needed two. So Mandy not only saved me money but also another trip to. Many thanks great service
