I bought two spr Furn Paint cans and some masks. I asked a member of staff where to find them and he took me all the way to the aisle. Staff at Homebase Newmarket are always helpful and are nowledgable. The cashier Akash was very helpful and friendly.

Luckily I collected my order and not my daughter otherwise we would have had the wrong paint that I would have needed to go back to the store to exchange.

I ordered a lawnmower online just before 4pm last Friday afternoon, I received confirmation straight away of my order by email, together with delivery details for the next day. On Saturday I received confirmation of a two hour delivery slot that morning. Lawnmower was delivered promptly by a great driver, parcel undamaged. Great service, thank you!

Purchased a croydex Ontario toilet seat the day before from the Bury St Edmunds branch and when fitting discovered that the lock mechanism was faulty on one side. As we live closer to the Newmarket branch I elected to return it there as faulty. After a discussion with Ben then Jo and demonstrating the issue both apologised and immediately replaced the unit and after I fitted it is now perfect. Have to say great customer service received from both Ben and Jo and I have no problems recommending this store they are a great benefit to Homebase.

Whatever is happening to the above store. Sue in the plant dept is very friendly and knowledgeable. But I can’t believe how in the last few months the plants look half dead, they then reduce them by 50 per cent. They need to go in the skip.what a waste.
As you pay, you have to now queue while someone,on the till does a click and collect, trollies everywhere.
The staff are very friendly and will help you take items to the car ,the.
Assistant Manager is rude and needs more training on customer relation skills on many occasions previous.
Wouldnt you think they would make it welcoming when they are closing quiet a few stores around the area
