It was very easy to come into the store and collect my shopping. The computer button pressing but was very quick and efficient and the colleague who helped be get in into the car was also quick and efficient. All good, thank you

Quick , easy , friendly service

I was so impressed with Homebase Newmarket - the quality and range of products is amazing! My local store in Cambridge (which is closing, sadly) has never been as well stocked.
The member of staff - a young man - who served me on the till was also really helpful and friendly.
The plants they stock were wonderful and well cared for. The range of garden pots was huge - I came away with two lovely terracotta ones.
All in all a brilliant experience Homebase Newmarket! I will definitely be back soon!

Went to Homebase Cambridge but because the store is closing down they wouldn’t sell at at click n Collect price 🤷🏻‍♂️ so drove to Newmarket store where the staff were so much more polite and helpful, they’re a credit to Homebase

It is so easy to order online and use Click and Collect. My order was quickly acknowledged online and I was given a collection date. This is followed up with confirmation of the collection date. A text message was sent as soon as my order was in-store and ready for collection, and when I turned up to collect my order it was ready for me next to the Customer Service desk. Great way to order and pick up - I use this option every time! Thankyou!

Sue in your gardening department deserves a mention . She was extremely busy when I went in but stopped what she was doing to help me with plant advice and selection . She has always been so helpful and extremely knowledgeable and nothing seems to much effort for her . Thankyou sue , credit to Newmarket store and company

Ordered for click and collect. Last time they’d changed the brand of the compost, (just picked the wrong one), this time they loaded the 2 big bags of it and one was sliced down the side. They can’t tell me that nobody noticed! Had to wait in the horrendous heat for a guy to wheel out another… 10 mins later! Store fairly useless it seems.

Click and collect, didn’t have full order but went above and beyond to ensure the order was met in an alternate way. Should I have not been happy they would have refunded. The customer service and going the extra was appreciated.

Went to the Newmarket store to get some paint colour matched. A lovely lady called Angie served me and was truly outstanding in her customer service. She went above and beyond to help me. They didn’t have the base paint in stock but she found a readymade colour which was identical!

Bought 3 bags of peat-free compost at a reduced price via click & collect. My purchase was confirmed via email and I received a text to tell me it was ready - everything working as it should.
I was unable to collect my compost immediately so customer service made a courtesy call to remind me that the compost still needed to be collected by closing time today.
The order was ready to collect at the customer service desk.
What more can I say, everything worked as it should. Thank you.
