Excellent communication. Driver knocked on my door on delivery rather than just leaving it. My only negative would have to be the cost of delivery and waiting for over a week to receive my parcel.

Asked about a lawnmower that we couldn't find on the shop floor. A pallet was just being sorted and the member of staff Prakash found the one I was looking for. He not only took it to the tills but he serviced us and carried it out.
So nice to talk to as well. He's a credit to your shop

Daniel at Arnold - really helpful
Went to the Arnold branch today to change some wallpaper - typical of me I’d got the wrong receipt from a different branch! Working to deadline as decorator at home waiting to paste it up!! Daniel was fabulous, found my original order in the computer system, (I had on line ordered and had to go to a different branch originally), I found alternative paper and he has swapped over my returns and I’m on my way! Fabulous, fast and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Daniel.
