Excellent communication. Driver knocked on my door on delivery rather than just leaving it. My only negative would have to be the cost of delivery and waiting for over a week to receive my parcel.

I ordered 5 box a4 frames. None of them were bubble wrapped and all were smashed on arrival. Appalling

Prakash is an asset to your company

The store assistant Prakash was very professional and polite and he is definitely an asset to your company. He helped me find the right fence paint, best brush that's appropriate for fences and good quality gloves. I was served in timely manner and he was so polite he even offered to help me carry the big heavy paint bucket. I am very impressed! Thank you Prakash you are a star

Prikesh really went out of his way to help me and Dan too

Wow what an incredible service from start to finish, i was after some throws i saw online for a fraction of the price of anywhere else i saw, went in to the store, staff were friendly, i couldnt find the item i wanted Dan was so helpful to see if its on the system, Prikesh was also so friendly and polite went out of his way to go to the warehouse to find the item. Both made a fantastic team and excelled in their customer service. Also some amazing deals in store thank you so much!
