Excellent communication. Driver knocked on my door on delivery rather than just leaving it. My only negative would have to be the cost of delivery and waiting for over a week to receive my parcel.

Purchased a Keter tool rack for the shed
Purchased a Keter tool rack pleased with the rack up to the usual quality. Disappointed that the item had been stored outside and when I got it the packaging was wet through and covered in all sorts of debris and including a couple of slugs had to clean it down before putting it in the car ???

I needed help knowing that screw I needed to hit to fix a lamp.
