Went to Oldbury branch. Great range of products and at reasonable prices. The lady on the counter Theresa was lovely so helpful gave us boxes for plants/flowers very friendly would highly recommend a visit.

A super employee who helped us get what we needed. Theresa. Quick click and collect too

Brought a lawnmower use it 1st time for a few minutes it cut out was told you used it in sun it got hot I can’t use electric lawn mower in the rain and only used it for a few minutes Homebase are as useless as this lawn mower

I visited on Sunday as i was in need for some compost topper for my new garden. I was having difficulty finding this product and a lovely young gentlemen who i wish i got the name of assisted me and helped me in everyway imaginable.

Came in recently on very short notice for some fence paint. Your staff member ‘’Harry’’ was very useful and recommended what would be best as I didn’t have much knowledge on what was best to buy. Brilliant customer service. Should be grateful to have a staff member like him.

Karen was extremely good

I came into the store to buy some plant pots but I was one short. Karen was extremely helpful and said she would check the next day and let me know if there was anymore available. Which she did and it was excellent service!

Spoke to a lovely man today over the phone Ant, he was very helpful and very polite, couldn't do enough to help me sorted the problem out quickly and efficiently. An asset to your company. Went to click and collect and was helped by Sam who Ant had told her about what our conversation was, she was also very helpful. Thank you

Great shopping experience

I wanted two pots that had no price or barcodes. Sam on customer services said no problem, with a smile, at 15.45 on a Sunday and proceeded to find them, her glee matched mine at managing to find the prices especially when they were very much reduced in price.

Chloe was very friendly and smiley and just a breath of fresh air. Very helpful and patient. Everything an employee working with the public should be.

A big thank you to Karen who had to get underneath the bench to reach me 4 pots that I was after as they were propped up against the back wall And Also Tanveer who served me on the tills she was extremely polite and helpful. Amazing Service Thank you!

Theresa was very helpful today. She looked up an old order that I had from Homebase click and collet so I was able to buy the correct finish in sadolin to match our half varnished she’d. Thanks again

Great product for a great price

Theresa was extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn’t find what we need but was given the advice where to try.

Just popped into my local Homebase in Oldbury. Checked with Theresa if they still had tradespeople's cards on display as I couldn't find any. She explained they no longer displayed these cards
Advising her of my building difficulty she mentionrd a potential solution. I will You Tube and probably be back to buy the items so my long delayed project can be completed. Thank you so much Theresa 😊
