Teresa was incredibly helpful, attentive and personable individual she is a credit to your organisation. I'm not sure we would have made the purchase had she not gone the extra mile to help us. When we arrived the pot that we bought was ready for us on a trolley.

Had a really good experience today in Homebase Oldbury- big thank you to Teresa who was very helpful and personable. She gave me good advice - she was so helpful and accommodating. Thanks to her my bathroom is painted and finished. If you give staff rewards for good service then she definitely deserves one. She is a real asset to the company

Very helpful member of staff
Theresa served us and was very knowledgable about the plants we were buying. Gave me some fab advise and I went away feeling very pleased with the plants I’d bought as I’d felt a bit nervous buying the plants and choosing the rights ones as they were for a gift.
