Excellent customer service
Helpful and efficient members of staff, who checked when they were unsure of recycling arrangement. More tills were opened promptly, when anyone was queuing.

Exceptional customer service
It’s not often you come across exceptional customer service but my recent experience at Orpington Homebase deserves a big shout out.
A wonderful member of the team, Kerry, provided friendly, helpful, professional and most importantly patient assistance to me over 4 or 5 occasions whilst I was choosing and purchasing paint colours to redecorate my whole house following renovation. Her approach was outstanding, she went above and beyond to help and advise me. Bravo Kerry, you deserve a medal!!

Staff very friendly and helpful but unfortunately after ordering our flooring, had a call to say there were only 5 packs in stock and not the 6 I had ordered but upon collection 2 packs were open and damaged so had to return them.
