My order was processed super quickly and the staff are always fabulous.

Staff were very helpful sorting out a minor issue with my ordered items.

Although there were a couple of people in front of me the service was quick. I had an apology for being kept waiting that sounded genuine. My order was located quickly and given to me with a smile

Ordered a shelf unit online last night for click and collect in Portishead (order 609368475). Stock level showed 1 in stock received email confirmation this morning ready to collect. I missed a call from the store left on my voicemail saying that the only one in stock was the display item and was I ok with that? It is now 3pm and I have been trying since this morning to call the store to say I do not wish to have the used item and to REFUND the payment I made but they don't answer the phone! It just says to call back later after ringing out. Not ideal!
UPDATE- The store called me the next morning to resolve the issue and apologise for the phone situation. Refund is on it's way so the customer service response has been spot on and what you would expect. Thank you very much for sorting this quickly, much appreciated!

I had a helpful chap carry a chair to my car and the staff on the payment desks were all very helpful as well as the store staff

The item bought via Homebase 'Online' was good, and the XPO delivery guy was brilliant , but communication from the XPO Company regarding a delivery time was non-existant. Giving a delivery time between 07.00hrs and 19.00hrs is unacceptable in todays competitive delivery market. If others can provide a three hour slot , why not XPO? I waited between these times and it arrived at about 6.30pm . The delivery guy was first class - no blame on him - simply the organisation. My suggestion to Homebase is to consider switching delivery companies -to avoid their image being tarnished.
