Great staff, flexible, friendly- good product and prices

Ordered online as the items was urgent for a short notice event, got a message within the hour, overall great experience. The staff was very helpful and helped me load the heavy items. Would highly recommend.

The worst purchase of my life, I bought a kitchen from Homebase and regretted it very much. the kitchen arrived broken, I didn’t want to accept it, but they persuaded me to take it, and now there’s only stress and correspondence by email and deception from the kitchen seller, also regarding the worktop in the store, a beautiful piece of stone, but they brought me not even close, it doesn’t look very good Low quality. I don’t recommend buying a kitchen from Homebase, the worst service is when you buy a kitchen they offer you coffee, tea, biscuit, and once you buy it they don’t care and don’t want to help, because they know that the defective product needs to be sold

I will alway appreciate the click and collect service. I am disabled and the disable badge parking was just outside the store. The collection process went smoothly and I had help bringing my items to the car.

We bought a 6 burner BBQ from Homebase South Ruislip today. Just built it and fired up and it seems superb. I've been looking for barbies for a while now and this is really good value for money.

A lovely gent called Eugene helped with loading the box onto the flatbed trolley, then came outside with me and helped me load it into the car. Great customer service and an excellent experience all round.

We were served by Susan Hogan who was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, she had a great personally. The other staff in the store that we spoke to were also very helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble.
