Good availability of products both in store and online. Would be nice if free shipping was applied to products only available for delivery online and not available for click and collect, but otherwise all good. Sevenoaks staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Everything I needed today was on display the staff were helpful and cashier Carole for friendly helped me to my car

Costumer service and pre- order website very good. The photo made the product look like another item by enlarging the length visually. Having no time as a trademark I took them....it didn't work and I lost my money for the job. Homebase be honest about the product photos if it makes mutton look like lamb don't do it.
Costly experience for me, won't be using your pickup service again.

I’d highly recommend Richard, his standard of service and professionalism is exceptional. A colleague on the shop floor suggested i chat to him after i said i was overwhelmed and stressed by my house renovation. I’m so glad i did. Richard has calmly guided me through the process and designed a kitchen, utility room and bathroom of my dreams. He took the time to listen and find out what i wanted, and helped me problem solve the numerous unexpected challenges my house threw at me. The after service throughout the fitting has been exceptional. Richard really has gone above and beyond for me, and i’m enormously grateful. He’s a lovely person too.
