The worst customer service I have ever had. Rude and unprofessional disrespectful and uncaring staff I have ever come across.
Paid for item online as stated two in stock traveled for 45mins to collect to be told they are giving me an ex display item still covered in dust and visible marks and scratches with no discount or even an apology.
Once I got item home I realised there were parts missing and they have basically said oh well there’s nothing we can do.

Quick and efficient and friendly enough

amazing service, lovely with my baby (and made a possibly very stressful situation very much NOT stressful!) AND the lady that helped us caught that our cube inserts were the wrong size and swapped them out for us without a fuss. brill experience - 10/10!

Great customer service. I had a faulty lawn mower gave proof of purchase and it was replaced as it was still in the guarantee period.

Had an issue with a lawnmower mid way through mowing the grass. Went into store and Richard sorted the issue out in moments. Excellent customer service .

I was in Homebase this morning looking for a million things and didn’t know where to start, luckily for me Richard came to the rescue and helped me find everything with ease, he even helped me get things off the shelf that I couldn’t reach, he then took me to a check out where Trish and her wonderful self helped me bag up my goods and made me laugh and smile!!
