The outstanding features were two of your workers called PAUL and CHRIS from The St Albans branch on the Hatfield road .
These two men DESERVE A HUGE PAY RISE .
Please mention them in the next management meeting for this .
Why?
Some people do the extra but these did it even more and took our garden furniture and packed in neat as crisps in the car .
I got a disability and G-d bless them .

Sold a new second hand return for a start.

Second the design and manufacturing faults are on every aspect of the machine.
The nuts that hold the handle bolts in position are held in with a dob of silicon and also the angle of the push is too vertical. It's taken me 4/5 hours of repair and alterations before trying to cut the grass, god knows what more problems there are. A bad purchase on my part for a bad design machine. You should be ashamed in these days of advanced technology. Designed by an idiot.👎
