Bought some roof supplies online for collection in store the next day. Had a message before 9am to let me know they only had 3 rolls of the felt I needed in stock. Called back and a staff member answered straight away who put back 5 rolls of the same felt just in a different colour for me so I could still collect today. Went in to collect with no drama at all. Served by Bethany and another chap (sorry I didn't get your name) in addition to the wonderful store manager Wayne who made sure I had a hand loading the felt into my car as I wasn't sure how much they weighed! Great service experience so thank you! Nice not to have to go to a builders merchant where to be honest I probably would have felt a little uncomfortable. Signed up for the newsletter and got a whopping 10% off so win win in my eyes. Well done Homebase Truro the personal touch is important and that's exactly what you gave me.

Ordered 8 plant supports but only received 2 so now I have a 17 mile journey each way to go back and collect the rest of my order

What wonderful service we received from the Truro Homebase store . A gentleman called Ryan went above and beyond to help my disabled husband great asset to the company . Tracey who served us was very friendly and helpful , they seemed very understaffed but still had time to help

When I visited the Truro Homebase I was warmly welcomed by Tracey C. I needed to purchase some masonry paint but the particular colour wasn’t available, Tracey alerted a colleague who then mixed the paint for me. She also had a conversation about the purchase. She was very friendly.

A quick and easy shopping experience with available products and discounts. Click & Collect was quick and easy. How shopping should be. The hardest part was trying to post this review!

We recently made the decision to completely re-design our kitchen and chose Homebase to be the designer and supplier.
This was, in hindsight, the best decision that we could have made!
Homebase , in particular Tracy Taylor, was nothing less than superb!
Tracy came to our house to design the new kitchen, giving us ideas that we never even thought of. She then went through the ordering process and when the kitchen arrived and was fitted, she ironed out any teething problems that we encountered.
It was a pleasure to have put our trust into Tracy, her dedication and commitment to helping her customers is second to none, above and beyond 100% of the time.

Came in today after buying a house and struggling with moving alone etc! All the fun stuff! Anyway, absolute legend Ryan helped myself and son pick out furniture and made sure it was ready to go there and then, manager also assisted, loaded it all into my car the lot, absolute angel, compassionate, kind, trusting, honestly cried on the way home how beautifully helped and understood I felt by the truro store. Cannot thank the staff, especially the 2 mentioned above enough, thank you so so much!

The service I received from the staff Wayne and Jax was absolutely brilliant they were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble I have never had such good service from assistants .We arrived at 7pm to look at a patio set and took a while to make our minds up so by the time the transaction was done it was 8.15pm but they were still smiling and being helpful there was no rushing me it made my whole shopping experience really nice

Ordered via click and collect and before collection was ready I had a phone call to check I still wanted the product as the tin was slightly damaged but contents fine. I was offered a discount and in collection the staff were lovely too
