Fast, efficient and friendly collection servic

The customer adviser at the desk was friendly, Martin he was good and the there were a lot of people around to help the store is well laid out. Prices are a bit high though.

Done click and collect here and as usual staff were professional and friendly. Shelving unit is missing one component. Despite ordering on line apparently I have to phone the store to try and resolve. Units less than £13 and not prepared to waste an hour in going back to the store.
Not the stores fault, it's a sealed box.
Parts are apparently not available. So I have paid for 4 shelves but I only have 3. Chat can't offer a refund for £3.20, but their resolution team made contact the following morning and sorted the refund out. Rather impressed with the response.

Having previously visited and had a good experience I decided to come back to get some advice on paint sadly I missed the 15% off everything offer but was pleased to hear there was 20% off the paint I bought I was asked if I needed any brushes and rollers etc but I have plenty so didn’t need them on this occasion great service from Paul and Martin

Bathroom consultation with George - what a nice chap. No rush, attentive, listened to our needs & wants, gave sound advice. Discussed colour accents and add-on. Didn’t feel pressured at all. Left very happy. Excellent service. The team are great in Truro!!

Wayne, the Homebase sales person was quite simply superb. Extremely knowledgeable about the product I wanted to purchase, a Weber BBQ. He even went to the trouble of researching the Weber Connect system in order to inform me better. Great price, cheaper than any online sites.

I ordered navy light shades only to find green waiting for collection. Your customer service team in store had the order come to their system as green and my order definitely stated navy. They were completely puzzled as to why the system had switched from Navy on my confirmation to their store as green.

I asked it it was alright to unpack and leave the large empty box from the lawnmower at the store.
I was told no, what am I supposed to do with it ? I asked did he not want to check with someone about it whereupon he ignored me and started serving the next customer, I replied obviously not then and left the store.

Ordered a outdoor garden mirror online. The price had been reduced fron £45 to £20 with no explanation as to why. I organised a friend to pick it up from her store. I then received a call to say the mirror on offer was quite rusty as they had been kept outside, and did I still want it. I was very disappointed 😞 as this was not shown on their website, nor was there an explanation to go alongside the reduction. I felt obliged to have the mirror as my friend had gone out of her way to pick it up. Disappointed doesn't go far enough.
