Michelle was very helpful, i was hesitant to ask for some advice, shopping for Garden plants etc.. is very new to me. But she gave me alot of needed assistance which was invaluable.

I visited Homebase in Waltham Cross to buy some plants and had a great experience. I am very indecisive and was helped by Anne who was absolutely lovely. I was very pleased with the customer service I received.

Easy to park near the store and although under new construction the store still had everything I wanted on arrival. Lots to see and tidy too so easy to navigate aisles. Everything clearly marked up and priced. Staff available to help when needed too, and friendly. The garden plants section was brilliant for all sorts of choices and pricing fair too. A good experience overall.

The store may be smaller than before however, the staff are still fabulous. Needed some plants from the garden centre, the lovely, wonderful lady who helped us was a joy to speak with and bought an interaction to her assistance which is generally sadly missing from a lot of sales staff.

The garden team members are very helpful. Michelle is always there to ask questions and give advice.
She is so friendly and personal. I look forward in going in to buy plants.
The layout of the garden area is beautifully sectioned.

Easy ordering on competitive prices. Easy collection on a click and collect order. Friendly staff member who quickly delivered my order. Positive experience all round.
