Anne and Steff! I went hoping to buy some pots and plants/trees for our front drive but being new to planting didn’t know where to start. Anne spent 20 mins with me showing me some options, explaining why, and giving me some useful tips. Steff then helped get me compost and some stones as I’m 8 months pregnant and kindly took it all to my car for me. I had the nicest Saturday morning thanks to them both - learnt lots and came back and had the confidence to do some planting. Amazing customer service with kind, patient staff. Thank you!

Shout out to Michelle, who is always insightful about gardening and what plants I might want to choose for my garden. She is my go to at Waltham Cross Homebase. She has a wealth of knowledge that is just so useful and makes visiting the store a pleasure :)

Yesterday I visited the Homebase at Waltham Cross. I was helped by a member of staff called Steve. He was professional, friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. It was an excellent service. In fact all of the staff there are always willing to help customers when they are asked. Thank you.

The staff at Waltham Cross Homebase are always friendly and helpful, with a very good knowledge of their products. Michelle was particularly helpful today with the garden plants, and pushed me in the right direction as always, whilst the checkout and other indoor staff were a delight to talk to and interact with.

found everything we came to purchase plus more lovely helpful and knowledgeable assistant Michelle was most helpful and went above and beyond to help us and other customers she was assisting in the garden centre if all retail staff were even half as helpful as she was shopping would be a delight

Michelle has a good knowledge of plants and helped me as an amateur tomato planter with every thing I needed.

Found what I needed right away, and Amanda made the check out process very quick and easy

Fantastic service from Brianne. After going to other DIY/home stores and not getting helpful service on my requirements for a home project, I went to Homebase, and Brianne assisted me and advised on what was required. She went above and beyond to help. I will definitely be coming back. Brianne is a credit to your company.

I had an issue trying to book a click and collect.
So had to travel to the store instead. They sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. Both were friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

The store is always clean and tidy with staff on hand to help. Michelle at the Waltham Cross store has been especially helpful to me lately with her knowledge of gardening, I'm a complete newbie to it all and she's really helped.

Went in for some paint, but i was clueless what i needed for what, Brianne helped me choose what colours would go well with what and where would be best for matt and gloss. Amazing customer service, couldnt fault her for anything!

Was helped today by Anne at location 0035 Waltham Cross so friendly helpful and knowledgeable. We had a good giggle too so a great experience on a Saturday thanks Anne you made it fun!
