All the staff in Homebase Waltham Cross are always so helpful and friendly. One person in particular is Bea. Two years ago she helped me with ordering my kitchen and bathroom.. Since then every time I see her in store she always takes the time to say hello, she also acknowledges my brother John who is mentally ill and is not good at socialising.. I visit Homebase nearly every week mainly for plants, but others things too, I really enjoy going in there knowing that there are people there who are always willing to assist me. Thank you.

I have been going in there for 30 years and now they have downsized to build an aldi next door.
Friendly staff, good products and prices.

It’s so unusual for me to write 2 reviews in the same week but again I had fantastic service from the Waltham cross branch. I wanted to buy a tallboy unit for my bathroom but was unsure it would fit in my car a very nice man called Stef helped me. It took a lot of pulling and pushing to get the unit in the car but he did it, it was a warm day he didn’t complain once. The team there are honestly so happy and approachable and ever so helpful.

Simple and quick to place order online. Confirmation that order was ready was quick. Have deducted a star just because a couple of items were not available at this store for click and collect.

As a recently retired and now novice gardener, I look for advice from more experienced people. Have to day that Michelle beats Google any day. She is friendly and so knowledgeable and really happy to share with obvious enthusiasm.
