Great store with a well-stocked garden centre. They had the plant I needed and I even got a recommendation for a second plant from a helpful lady called Michelle.

I been looking for garden flower recently and Michelle helped me a lot to chose. Very friendly and kind person.

It was all so easy and smooth running 10 out of 10. I actually said this to the staff at the shop.

Despite the refurbishment, the staff continued to offer excellent customer service during my visit today. Upon entering the store to collect my order, I was promptly acknowledged and offered assistance. Furthermore, a member of the staff graciously aided me with the large planters. Thank you for providing such a pleasant shopping experience!

We had our kitchen designed by Christine at Homebase Waltham Cross.
From start to finish, Christine offered exceptional service. Always listening to what we wanted and needed and making suggestions to ensure we had the best kitchen design for our space.

The communication between ourselves and Christine was brilliant. She constantly kept us in the loop with what was happening.

On the day of delivery a part was missing, we spoke to Christine who was straight on the phone to the delivery company and made sure the part was sent ASAP.

We cannot thank or praise Christine enough.

We love our kitchen and loved working with you Christine. We will be back when we need our bathroom designing!

I had gone in to buy some seed compost but at the time I couldn’t find a staff member to ask.
As I was going back to the til with some other items, I asked a member of staff who showed me where the compost was and brought it to the til as I had my hands full and then brought it out to my car where she gave me some great tips and advice. Her name was Michelle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great experience at Home base Waltham Cross today buying some plants for my garden, I visited with my friend Alan who is blind, and Michelle looked after me and my friend wonderfully. Also Homebase has lots of outdoor and indoor plants. Thank you.

We were unsure of what plants to buy for a shady part of our garden. A lovely lady called Michelle was very helpful she advised what earth to use for certain plants & helped us choose, we bought a variety of plants & trees. Thank you Michelle wonderful service.
