We ordered a tv unit
We ordered a tv unit , study chair and coffee table. The guys from home box came and fixed the tv unit and the coffee table. The fixing was a very shabby job. The coffee tabletop came out the same day badly fixed not at all neatly and professionally done. The tv unit delivered size was small. After booking the complaint for both the items they said it will take 3 days for their team to come and inspect. The representative came after 3 days and inspected only the coffee table, he said did not have any details for the tv unit. My concern is, why does it take so much time. In the long process we have to wait for a week wherein there is no fault of mine. Delivery was wrong , fixing was wrong and I have to wait.. I cant take the delivery of my tv because the unit is not correct.

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. My delivery was scheduled yesterday but inspite of calling the customer care 5 times and the delivery guy 10 times,my stuff was NOT delivered.

My experience with Homebox was very disappointing. The staff at Dubai Silicon Oasis are unprofessional and not transparent, especially FA. I bought a sofa online in assistance with the same sales person while i bought the whole bedroom set from the Silicon Oasis Mall branch, and no one informed me about the return or exchange policy. The delivery, which was supposed to take one week, took two weeks instead. When the sofa finally arrived, it was too small, and when I asked for an exchange in the same date even unwraped the Sofa they rejected after so many trial to exchange, there was no proper support or clarity from their side to reject the item. I will never buy from them. Just pay attention

The worst shop with the worst service. No customer service at all — you call and no one answers. Their products are terrible, and all they care about is taking people’s money. God will deal with them. I don’t recommend buying from them.

Homebox has the worst return and refund policy. 🚫🚫🚫They're the one made mistake with the damage item. But they dont have replacement item. You need just to return it but if you payed cash, your money stucked in shukran pay. If you decided not to buy again you as costumer is doomed. ❌️❌️❌️Because if you wanna spend that money, again you need to pay extra for shipping and you dont have debit/credit, you have to pay COD again. Which you'll pay doubled in total.

Placed an order for a sofa on 02/08 and the delivery date was scheduled for 11/08. On the delivery date, received a call from them saying they canceling the order because there's no stock of the sofa - however they advertised it on their website and took payment.

I have purchased a recliner which started making noise within 2 months and broke after 6 months of use. 2 years of warranty against manufacturing defect which is a lie. They just come to check the product and blame it on customers for mishandling and misusing. I didn’t know reclining on it means mis using the product . Pathetic customer service

Very Pathetic service, even after getting assurance by the manager for an update regarding the delivery there was no update and I was the one following up the whole day for the delivery making numerous calls for an update. I had booked a sofa a week ago for which I was given a delivery date of upcoming Friday which didn't happen since the delivery team was busy at another point hence rescheduled to Sat for which I have been following up the whole day. None of the customer service team along with the manager cared to keep the followup or provide a resolution to the escalation raised and the item still remains undelivered. They don't care for the customers concerns.

On 18th June 2025, I purchased four items, but only one—a single-seater sofa—was delivered in good condition. The TV unit had missing parts and was left unassembled; the delivery team promised to return the next day but never showed up. The side table had rusted legs, and the coffee table came with incorrect tabletops. It’s been two weeks, and despite making over 20 calls, there has been no resolution. The worst part is that they left loose screws and sharp pieces scattered on the floor—an extremely unsafe situation with my one-year-old baby crawling around. No action has been taken despite repeated complaints. Extremely disappointing.

Despite several follow-ups and assurances from customer service, there has been no action, no update, and no accountability. The complete lack of communication and disregard for the customer's time is unacceptable.

My recent experience with HomeBox has been deeply frustrating and misleading. I purchased two bed+cupboard units that were faulty and broke within six months. Their team inspected and confirmed the flaws, agreeing to a full refund. On May 3rd, I even received an email confirming the refund was "successfully processed."
For weeks, I followed up, only to be told it was a bank delay. However, last week, HomeBox completely changed their story, stating a cash refund was "not possible" and they would only credit my Shukran wallet. This is a direct contradiction of their initial agreement and confirmed processing. To add insult to injury, after promising a resolution within 24 hours, I've now received another email apologizing for further delays.
This entire ordeal has been marked by false information, broken promises, and incredibly poor communication. I am extremely dissatisfied with how HomeBox has handled this case and would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider before making any purchases. My trust is completely eroded.
