They don't care about the client

I bought 1 cupboard and they contact me to make sure there is a space to put it, after 1 week when they come for delivery they said the room should be empty to fix it it is special model!!! They did not give any solution , they refused to replace the cupboard with other model that can be fixed! They just wanted to take it back with no solution!!!!! Although it is their responsibility to explain to the customer the space needed before they deliver!
I asked them at least as it was their mistske to remove the bed so they can fix it, they refused and said this police!!! For them Policy but what about the customer!!! They do the mistake and not take responsibility!!!

I will never deal with them again, they don't care about the customer just for their money.

Bad after sale service

Bad after sale service
I bought a mixer grinder ONLINE through Homebox. After less than a month it was not working. I contacted the call center and they informed me this originally belongs to Emax and I have to take it to Emax and they will solve the issue within a week. I took it to Emax they took it and they said will send me email and it will be ready within 2 weeks. No email received yet and now more than 10 days no update and when I called Emax they asked me to go to the center where I handed over (Al Zahia) and they gave me the number but the the phone I called no reply and when I re contacted Homebox they told me they will follow and till now no update.
Worst aftersale service I ever dealt with

Not professional

I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered a desk for my child, and it arrived with a missing part — something the installer only realized after opening the package. He assured me he would return the next day with the missing piece, but never showed up.

When I contacted customer service, I was told there was no appointment scheduled for me, and that it would take 3 to 5 business days just to find out when someone could come back. Meanwhile, I’m left with an incomplete product and a mess in the room.

The entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. No one from the company has reached out to set expectations or take responsibility. If you receive a product from them with missing parts, I strongly recommend returning it immediately. Worst service I’ve ever encountered.

Went to Burjman store today for…

Went to Burjman store today for purchases,
There was no store staff near by or any section. Had to go to billing center to enquire, while i asked 3 times the store staff did not care at all. By the way this is not the first time,
While in the store for home furniture shopping and purchases it was same experience.
As if these staff are not trained for the job or don’t care for and about the customers
Needs better management, accountability and customer care mentality.

bad warranty

Very disappointed with Home Box.
I purchased a mattress that came with a 10-year warranty, but it started showing serious issues in a short time. The fabric tore, and mold spots appeared due to poor manufacturing quality. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to repair or replace the mattress, claiming the issue wasn't convincing. This is unacceptable for a product with a long-term warranty. I won't be shopping here again and do not recommend Home Box to anyone.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Never Ordering from Homebox Again

I never had an issue with Homebox before, but this experience has completely changed my mind.

Delayed delivery for almost a week, caused by a mistake from your customer service agent regarding the address, resulted in the item not arriving on the initially scheduled date. To make it worse, there was no proper communication or follow-up from your team — I had to keep chasing for updates myself.

Even after I replied promptly to your email, clearly requesting the delivery to be made after 7:00 PM, you ignored this and still attempted delivery during working hours. It’s like no one on your team reads or cares about customer instructions.

Now, after all the delays, I’m being told that the mattress will take another 2–3 days to be delivered? Seriously?

Your repeated apologies mean nothing at this point. They do not make up for the stress, inconvenience, and complete lack of professionalism I’ve experienced.

Extremely poor customer service, uncoordinated delivery process, and no accountability.
I will not be ordering from Homebox again.

I bought a mattesd and it’s under…

I bought a mattesd and it’s under warranty

Now there is manufacturing defect in it which Homebox admitted .

The funny thing is that they want to take the old mattress , then I need to wait for their mercy to issue a credit note which I have to use in their store.
To add salt on the wound they need to collect the old mattress and they expect me to sleep on wood till they issue a credit note in order to allow me to use it to buy the new mattress from them and of course wait another 2 or 3 days for the new delivery.

Or they gave another foxy solution, I need to go pay in full the new mattress, then they will collect the old one then they will issue a credit note for me to force me to use it to buy other items from their stores.

Do not buy or approach them guys I’m telling from experience OTHER competitors knows how to take care of their customers and provide real after sales customer experience

. DO NOT BUY FROM HOME BOX .
They will make you regret

Shoe Cabinet Fixed

I had a shoe cabinet and one of the handles became broken.
I was able to contact Homebox (UAE) and they had someone out to check it and then mend it within two weeks. They did not charge me at all and the people who came to fix it were very professional. No fuss no muss - just really good service and kept up to date through WhatsApp.

one of the worst experience ever

one of the worst experience ever, ordered bed, side table and mattress in the store, after 5 days things got delivered but the parts of bed have been missing. they went as it is promising to come back next day to assemble and since then my nightmare has started, now i have paid full amount and have a non assembled bed in my bedroom which is unusable and occupying space and i cannot even go ahead and buy a new one till refund is confirmed....most horrible company, will suggest everyone to stay away from homebox !!!!!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! Just received delivery of the sofabed finally at 10 pm when the delivery was supposed to happen between 4 to 8 pm.
The sofabed was missing the legs and one cushion! So it's just lying in the living room unassembled.

Well trained staff and good products at affordable price. Always dale or promotion. Bought mattress coffee table, dining set and dresser. Good items for the price. Friendly staff and fast delivery. Value for the money. And delivered what they promised.

Horrible Experience!!!! Worst customer service!!

Horrible Experience – Absolutely Disappointed

I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences with Homebox. I ordered furniture and was given a delivery schedule for Friday between 10 AM to 8 PM. I called their hotline days before to inform them that deliveries in my building are only allowed until 7 PM, and I even had to get a permit from the community center to ensure security would allow it.

I followed up not once, but twice before the delivery to remind them clearly that the items must arrive before 7 PM. Despite all that, 6 PM came on delivery day and still no sign of the items. I called the hotline again and instead of offering help or escalating the issue, they told me to call the driver myself.

When I spoke to the driver, he casually said he’d arrive at 7:30 PM — completely disregarding everything I had communicated. I was furious. No one at Homebox respected the time, effort, or planning I had put in to make this delivery smooth. Even after several more calls, no one from their team was willing to help. They just shrugged it off like it wasn’t their problem.

It was honestly a nightmare. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and utterly frustrating. I’ve never dealt with such poor customer service. I will never recommend Homebox to anyone.

Very Disappointing and Frustrating service

I bought a white rug with black streaks, but what arrived was half-brown, covered in dust and stains—clearly repackaged.

And that’s not even the worst part. It’s been over a week, and they still haven’t picked it up despite daily promises. Every day, I’m told someone is coming, and every day—no one shows up. Their courier seem dishonest as they were repeatedly claiming they attempted pickup, but I know for a fact they haven’t—I’ve been forced to work from home waiting for them.

They cancel my return requests whenever they feel like it, and I’ve called over 18 times, yet nothing gets done. I’m now forced to leave the rug outside my door because I’m traveling, and I can only pray they actually pick it up.

To make matters worse, customer service blatantly told mistruths yesterday—I called at 8 PM, and they assured me someone was on the way. I stayed awake until midnight. No one came.

Please It’s not worth the frustration. If you must buy something here, buy in store and only take what you can physically carry out yourself.

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I waited at atleast 20 days for this stupid order. One time they called on the delivery date. Just one call . I don’t think it ring completely. I missed that call and I call them later they said they arrange a delivery in 3 days. I waited . No delivery no nothing. . They never call again or come. I called them after why isnt it attempted delivery again. They said i need to book a delivery date. And their available delivery date is only after a week. I had no way but to book that date. I set a reminder and everything so that i don’t miss their call. After a week on the date of delivery , in the morning they called me and told me, the product is out of stock and there was only 1 item available and it is damaged. what should i do? Even if i order from china, i get it delivered in 5 days. If they cant do their job just quit and do something else. Don’t waste someone else’s time. If i need to get something delivered, i need to book a date, but the delivery date is provided at their convenience , after paying almost 100 aed delivery fee. What kind of service are they providing. If you need something, book from somewhere . NOT HOMEBOX.

I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with homeboy, especially at their Hamdan street branch.i picked out a teas set, only to end up buying something completely different due to their mistakes. After waiting an entire week to receive my order,I was shocked to find out that they had picked something else for me! The worst part is their complaints center. Instead of fixing their mistakes and delivering the correct item, they expect me to wait even longer.and they expect me to drive back 40 min to the store to sort out their error. This is beyond frustrating. I regret ever shopping there. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Horrible and unreliable delivery…

Horrible and unreliable delivery service. You can not trust the customer services in homebox at oasis mall. They promise delivery in am and don't show until 8pm. We have a cheap laborers that works after hour for extra money. Expensive store but does not match the quality of service. This is the second time; the sales agent promised the delivery, but it never happened. You can't even call because they don't answer the phone. Horrible. I will not be buying stuff from here. Unreliable
