Avoid at all costs. Says delivered and we haven’t even received anything. They use DX avoid at all costs. Now selling through B&Q

Great price, lovely product, I ordered in the morning and paid for express delivery and it was with me the next day. Its the second time I've used the company and would happily use them again.

IIn early 2022 I purchased a wood and metal garden bench.
In August 1923 the bench collapsed because the metal end frames had rotted away.
Hone Discounts response is that its more than 12 months old so hard luck.
That they can sell such a piece of junk as being suitable for garden use and then disclaim any liability beggars belief.
DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR RUBBISH GARDEN FURNITURE AS IT IS UNFIT FOR PURPOSE AND THEY DO NOT CARE.

I ordered mermaids playing w/ sea turtle fountain. I'm disabled home all the time. Never received either of the 2 items I ordered. I was told to check with the post office and when I did they told me it wasn't a US postal tracking number! I'm out $80.00 !

I ordered two Corona Solid Pine waxed Mexican Medium sized bookcases on a Wednesday, they were delivered four days later, manual for self-assembly included, everything clearly labelled, order arrived very well packaged.I was a little apprehensive about the quality on ordering as the price is SO competitive but the wood is solid pine, waxed to a lovely finish ( streets ahead of the usual polyurethane finish you have on some furniture ) and compliment my existing furniture some of which is antique.I would thoroughly recommend this product and would buy from this company again.

Yes, never again, for sure! I purchased on the 31st of July, paid, and received the email stating, Yep, we got it all. I sent an email yesterday, the 2nd of July, asking why the delivery date was not shared yet, only to be told, Oh, sorry, we have cancelled this order due to a lack of stock!! Really? Why is the item made available if you have no stock? Another lesson was not to trust those aggregators who only own a laptop and run a business on the backs of people like me, lesson learned was to search reviews, and now I can see where I was lacking.

Ordered off Manomano but from this company.
Ordered 3 piece corona set.
2 turned up with one courier and the other was sent with another,I was given NO information on when the order was coming hence I missed the delivery 3 times because I was never informed it was coming,now I'm not sure if I'll recieve the 3rd item as customer service not at all helpful...
Unfortunately I now understand if you pay cheap ,you get cheap service.

Update!!
Finally received the missing item after LOTS of emails they weren't not going to send it out again until ManoMano got involved.
Again missed the first delivery cos no tracking info was sent (even though I was told that would send it that day)
When I was finally given the tracking info it was with 1 hours notice ,not great when I had to leave work.

My order was dispatched the same day and if not delay by dhl, would have arrived within 3 days. Excellent service

Well it took me 9 days for my order to completely reach me as had 2 times missing parts and wrong part experience even with express delivery payment. Operations team and delivery team and supplier do not coordinate it seems and quality check is missing. Often you might get wrong or missing part sent and then they resend etc.
Not very good even with partial refund as it took me so many days and almost 12 chat conversations to reach my full product working.
Use them if price you get it really cheap or else you get what you pay.

No response to email, voice mail or phone call

The website is good, with clear information and pricing. However, I have yet to receive the product and so delivery is certainly not very fast and I cannot yet comment on the quality of the product, although my expectation is that it will be of good quality.
