Avoid

We recently purchased a property with Home and I almost walked away on my first visit.
I arrived on time and the state agent woman arrived 6 minutes later, walking around the property she told me to hurry up as the visit was for 20 minutes (strange as you normally have 30 minutes or so) despite her arriving late. She was not too engaged and she could not care less. My partner visited the house that week and he had the same feeling with her.

As my partner was really interested in the house, we arranged together another visit, and lucky for us we met Tom. He was fantastic, engaging, ON TIME, and told us to take as much time as we needed, responding to all our questions and having a 4th visit before we submitted our offer.

The drama would not stop there. We put an offer forward and asked a different lady to mark the advertisement as Under Offer, she told us that the vendor needed to agree on the offer; and after that, she told us we needed to arrange the solicitors and the survey to do so. After doing it, she then moved the goalpost again so we gave up. This was quite unprofessional and unethical, adding uncertainty to the whole operation.

I would not use them again for buying nor selling, it is too risky.
