I rented a house from this real estate. It is Epsom branch. I can say that they provide good service in most cases. However, I was very disappointed with my experience with the hot water system. Before moving into the house, they said there was a central electric heating water system. However, we saw that the water pressure was insufficient. The estate sent a plumbing company called Provincial Plumbing Services Limited. As a solution, repairman Paul and his team installed a water pump that makes 60 decibels of noise in the middle of the house. The system broke down 8 times in 4 years. Even though I asked for a permanent solution every time, they found temporary solutions. We are tired of being left without hot water and having a repairman come to our house every few months. Unfortunately, we did not see a good customer relationship during this process.

As a resident of a property managed by HES I can tell you that they are ineffective at maintaining shared areas of properties. By not nipping problems in the bud their inaction causes problems to get worse whilst they make their excuses for inaction. The property I live in had been going downhill for years for this very reason.
