Same as everyone else! Total SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

BEWARE...SCAM SITE!!! In the process of fighting for a refund for toilet paper never received, and ordered months ago!! As with all the other comments on the site they are playing games ,saying “Be Patient”. This site needs to be SHUT DOWN, taking advantage of all these people during a national Pandemic!!!!

Placed order on April 6 with promised "Express Delivery in 3-5 days" !!!

Still waiting. Received responses to all of my emails. "Be patient" "Held up by customs clearance in LA" "Released by customs clearance agency 5/13"
"Wait 3-5 days before checking with us again" !!!!!

Scam! This is not Home Goods. It is a Chinese company ripping people off by telling them fake tracking numbers, shipment delayed, be patient, etc. DO NOT give them your money! If you already have, file a dispute with your bank.

HomeGoods is a fraudulent company--a scam.
I ordered 20 rolls of Toilet Paper and after 2 months I received 2 rolls. I went through Paypal's process of raising a complaint and they agreed to refund my money if I sent back their two rolls to China WITH TRACKING, which would cost more than the refund.
Their scam, based on the huge difference in shipping costs between China and the US, follows these lines. You order something worth $30 dollars and they send you something worth $2 including the low Chinese shipping charges.. If you complain, they will honor their guarantee to refund all your money, if you return what they sent you AND YOU MUST SEND IT WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. But to do so, it would cost you more than the total refund. So you forget it and they suceeded in their scam. STAY AWAY.

Just like every one else I have been scammed by Home Goods. I was desperate for toilet paper at the beginning of the pandemic. I fell for the fast delivery idea. I ordered April 15. I received an email with tracking number and was shocked to find it was coming from China. Really??? I few weeks later I got another email about delayed shipment and a new tracking number. My toilet paper went from China to Korea to California??? Its been in CA for a month now. What! Email says respond to their email with questions and when I did it was returned back. No luck calling or using chat function. This should be against the law!

Do NOT order from home-goods (TM). It is NOT a legitimate company - email response doesn’t even contain company name. 4/13 ordrered 100 Nitrile gloves for $20; Charged Additional $15.40 for VIP delivery (3-4 day delivery). Argued with them, item lost in transit. Finally 6/1, after filing PayPal dispute, rec’d refund. 6/5 claimed item in transit, will give me 15% refund. I don’t think so!

SAME HERE! THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS, TOOK MY MONEY AND MY ORDERED WAS PLACED BACK IN APRIL!!!! I AM TIRED OF THESE PEOPLE THAT STEAL FROM US HARD WORKING AMERICANS!!! THERE IS A SPECIAL PLACE THAT SATAN HAS FOR THEM! GOD DOES NOT SLEEP!!!

I ordered toilet paper and paper towels as the pandemic began. As others have written, the tracking numbers are useless and they don’t respond to emails. Clearly a scam.

The web-site is bogus. Do not use or order anything off this site. I ordered expensive, over-priced toilet paper off this site, and 2 months later am still awaiting the order. They charge high-end prices take your money and do not
deliver! These scam artists are taking advantage of customers during the pandemic. Beware of these con artists.

I'd give a minus review if I could! I ordered toilet paper on April 4 and paid for 7 to 10 day shipping, it was advertised as ships within 24 hours. After several emails in May they finally said because of COVID it could take up to 35 days! Covid was happening when I ordered! And now it's June 2. Original tracking number was bogus and they will not reply to my email requests because I placed an dispute with Paypal. So now they keep drip feeding Paypal information so they keep extending the date that this will be resolved. Total scam!!!!!!

They don't deserve any star at all. Ordered bathroom tissues, disposable gloves and hand sanitizer on April 28, 2020 and they stated that the products would be delivered between 7 and 12 days. As of today, June 2, it's no where close to being delivered

This so called company is clearly a FRAUDSTER!!!!! I read other's reviews and it is the same story for me. Ordered TP beginning of March after coming home from a cruise and none to be found. I still have not received any order and I have told them 4X to cancel and provide a refund and their response is that they cannot since it has shipped (BS!) I have disputed the charge with my credit card and told them such. I told them if they actually do deliver some product some day in the future that I will refuse the item and tell whoever is the delivery company (since they can't seem to tell you who that is either) to return the crap to the sender. If you notice the English they use you can tell it is not an American company (most likely Chinese) but the website disguises itself to look like an American company. -zero Stars!!!!!

Ordered toilet paper on April 7. It is now June 1 and we still haven't received the toilet paper. This site is a scam. It is not "Home Goods" a store that is reputable. "Home-goods" is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

I ordered items, keep getting same response, order on its way, I reported to Federal trade Commission, Facebook, Seems nothing done. They shut other people for free speech. But when you report a scam. I continuously tell them to cancel order and refund money. Where can we report more of these scandalous companies?

I would give them NO STARS if @ all possible!!

Today is May 20, 2020.

They promised they would "ship within 24 hrs" @ 1st.

THEN, AFTER I ORDERED, THEY SAID IT WOULD BE 30 TO 40 DAYS SHIPPING. LOL!

I still have not gotten the product.

Every time I emailed them, they answered back, "JUST BE PATIENT; IT'S ON ITS WAY."

TRACKING # is bogus/doesn't exist.

Have not received my order. Over two months. Tracking numbers are bogus. How do we get them off the internet. I am sure my money is gone but there should some way we can get them removed

never received order lesson learned. doubtful this is a legitimate company.

Scam! I emailed them and they never answer phone number isn’t real either!
