Has anyone ever received any thing from home-goods.shop? I have not received an order placed in April. Tracking numbers are bogus.Automatic email responses are bogus. How do I get a refund?

I ordered toilet paper the second week of March. Still have not gotten it. Tried to track it. The first 5 weeks all it said was "in transist". The last 7 days it says LA california. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. TELLS ME TO BE MORE PATIENY. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEIR WEBSITE SAYS.

This company is not legit! I found out after I ordered some products over the internet and immediately ask the to cancel my order which they refused to do. I had to cancel my credit card and now will have to have a fraud disputes over the charge. I also check vendors first but this time I didn't and shame on me. Please DO NOT order anything from them.

Home-goods is a total scam. I ordered toilet paper over one month ago, 50 rolls plus 2 bottles of hand sanitizer. The web site says it ships in 3-7 days. I got email saying it had shipped but no delivery date. After 3 weeks I emailed them . It took 3 or 4 days to get a response and I was told it was held up in customs because of coronavirus. Today I received a package containing 30 rolls of toilet paper only. Sending them another email today but not hopeful.
I also tried their Chat option on the webpage and never got a response at all. The same generic message just keeps popping up.
Very frustrated!!

THIS IS A SCAM! I ordered and paid. I have not received my order. I keep sending emails to them and they send back phony tracking numbers. I have asked for a full refund and am turning this over to PayPal in the hopes of getting a refund.

Don't hang while you are waiting for your order to arrive. i ordered stuff to protect me from covid probably be dead before the stuff gets here...."shipping updates" are BS...

Placed order with HomeGoods over a month ago. Today I just go my second email saying my package is almost ready to be shipped. Scam. Stay away from HomeGoods!!

I ordered three items, was charged in full, and only received one of them.
No response to email.

This company is not legit! They offer express delivery but trust me it is not. I ordered toilet paper, it stated express delivery, then it changed to 7-12 delivery days, now it's 15-25 days. They do not offer refunds and if you use Paypal you will not get a refund. I ordered toilet paper two weeks ago, and late last week, Friday to be exact, they informed me that they cannot give a refund because the order has shipped. It will take 15-25 days. This is not express delivery nor is it 7-12 delivery days. They did offer a 15% discount. If it seems questionable, then don't do it!!!!!! I really would like to give them NO STARS. You cannot even track your order through "FEDEX"

Like most wouldn't give 1 star. Do not order from this scam, not the real Home Goods. Ordered TP never got it. Disputing this on my account

Listen to what people are saying with the poor reviews. They do not ship the product, they do not respond to emails. Home goods is not even a functioning business any more. The contact email is a gmail account. Also, do not give them your credit card number. I had mine blocked fortunately. This is a complete scam. Please do yourself a favor and do not shop here. Also if you did shop here and they have your credit card information, please contact your credit card company and get your card canceled immediately--you will be doing yourself a favor when they try to claim that you spend 800 dollars on their website.

I ordered some toilet paper and paid extra for fast shipping. I still do t have it. Ordered 3-31-20.. Its now 4-24-20. The add almost read as if you would receive it with in 7-10 days. But it was coming from china. CHINA, if I knew that I never would have ordered it. Who would order toilet paper from china. That's something you need now. Not in 30 some thing days. Just a FYI for you all

If I could leave less then 1 star I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER!!! This is NOT the real Homegoods store. It is in fact home-goods with a link to the real Homegoods store on their site. The real homegoods store does NOT ship items. They are just scam artists preying on vulnerable people that need stuff during this pandemic. I escalated my payment to a paypal claim after receiving the same response as everyone else which is "please wait another 3-5 days for distribution of your products and we'll give you a discount for 20% off your next purchase" There will never be another order from us to them.
We have waited long enough and we are over it!!! This is the 2nd store that I have had to report and escalate to a claim. Please STAY AWAY FROM THEM or you will be scammed. DESPICABLE is an understatement!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT! They take your money and never send out your purchased items. Wish I had read all the bad reviews before but I was desperate for items during this pandemic. I just opened up a case after waiting for my items about a month.

Have any of you called your credit card co. and canceled your order for non delv. ? I have the same problem put in my order 3/31/20 still not here and only get an email saying be patient (WTH )

Where is my order. I read your reviews to late & found out what a scam your company is. I am reporting you to the Scam Agency & calling the Gouging Line set up for people like you that take advantage of good honest hardworking people during this pandemic who are out of work. You took my $33.11 and that is despicable when we're out of work & have no funds coming in. You should be ashamed of yourself but I'm sure you're not, you're having a good laugh on poor unsuspecting people like me. You may not have to answer to man, but you will have to answer to God one day...and He will judge you for your nasty deeds. Shame on you! There's a saying that Karma is a Bxxch, what goes around comes around double times over...I hope it comes to you 100x over for all the people you have taken advantage of.

We ordered toilet paper on March 31st. It still has not been delivered. We have been advised it has shipped but will be another 30 to 40 days to be delivered. The frustration has been overwhelming and their indifference is staggering. Don't buy ANYTHING from these people. They are scam artists and I have reported them to the federal agency task force set up to investigate these bogus businesses.

I ordered toilet paper and 18 days later I still haven't received a FedEx confirmation! Don't purchase from this company. Horrible service during this pandemic. False promises!
