I recently called to query a missing invoice and resolve an issue, where I was assisted by Jack, who was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to review my account thoroughly, making sure all my contact details and correspondence preferences were up to date. Jack also helped set up automated payments for the future, which will save me time and ensure smooth running of my account. Anna V was superb!
The customer representative who dealt with my queries was very knowledgeable and helpful. Where there were details required from another department, she promptly called them whilst I was put on a brief hold, and came back with answers.
For extra back up, she gave me the email address for that department to get written confirmation.
