The support of my tutor, Les Curzon has been outstanding. He made a potentially difficult and defeating course possible and obtainable. I'm nearing the end of my time and am forever grateful for his time and guidance. The structure of the course has worked perfectly alongside my work and home life. Would highly recommend this to someone thinking of going into HR.

The advicer which i spoke to was very help talking me though the course. Help me choose the right one .

Very good experience, I didnt felt pressurised to make the purchase. The resources online looks great. Only downturn is, no practise questions after chapters in printed books and no workbook (I am considering to buy workbooks only).
I have tried also optional live webinar. Looking forward to get on with my studies

I just started but all seems in place and the site is very easy to use.

They canceled my booking exam by mistake, without warning me, and I've realized it just the day before I should attempt the exam.

Their communication system sucks, they spent 7 days! to answer to my email, then they canceled the second enrollment that I made by phone. The right one! I called them today and they have been rude and unuseful. So angry!

The information provided was useful and the advisor extremely helpful. A little too many chase up emails though.

Overall, Very happy with the service. People have been on hand to help and reply pretty swiftly. All the material came on time and you get regular updates on whats happening.

The only thing I would like to see is the availability of practice questions by topic. This way people can keep repeating different variations of the question until the whole concept sticks in their head. This is something i feel would really propel peoples understanding of questions and also give them an insight to what questions will look like.

my experience of Home leaning college was very pleasant I was treated respectfully and was not talked down to at any stage of the process.

Not satisfied with the service provided by the tutors.

Course consisted of reading hundreds of pages from eBooks, very difficult to fully absorb information with the lack of live classes.

Many students via forums complained of being unfairly marked on TMA's and this was addressed, so there was genuine admittance of failure on their (examiners) part.

The tutors evidenced a half arsed attitude when requesting help and guidance. I've even had 'I've got a lot on' thrown at me during a difficult time with the course. What exactly are these tutors getting paid to do other than extract and paste the same source materials to every student? The course is expensive, so as a paying consumer, I expect warmer service from those who are being PAID to teach.

I consider there to be a lack of relevant resources for students- yes using initiative and remaining self sufficient is stated, yet I don't expect to complete TMA's using materials provided, following instructions to be told my efforts were essentially poor without a clear concise explanation, instead you receive a long winded critique.

The second half of the course was stressful, time consuming and I cannot justify the stress endured or say it was worth the genuine fear of emailing my tutors for clear guidance on what was actually expected. I have left this course feeling as though I lack resourceful knowledge in my chosen career field.

I was informed the course was to disband once the July session was over, cannot say I am surprised but disappointed my expectations were not met.

I didn't feel pressurised on anything I was choosing to do. I didn't feel like I had too many attempts at contacting me, it was a please y experience with all the information I needed.

I have just booked onto the Level 3 Booking Keeping course starting in July. My advisor Cheryl was so helpful from start to finish. She gave me all the information I needed and made me feel at ease when I started to have second thoughts.
We had scheduled appointments which were always kept and I found enrollment easy and stress free!

Very good experience so far. I have not started my course with them yet, but books arrived in very short time, everyone I spoke on the phone was very polite and professional and also online learning platform is very user-friendly. Very impressed so far.

My advisor at AVADO was incredibly supportive and help me undersand the opportunities available to me in terms of qualification and also payment options. I feel exited about starting my journey with AVADO.

It was a quick, easy process to get the course started and receiving my books. However, my email was noted down incorrectly so there have been a few issues regarding communication. I also received a great offer for enrolling so thumbs up for that

I have had no issues with them and have been using their service for 9 months now. They can sometimes be a little slow in responding to queries but this is rare and often have assessments marked within 2-3 days and exams with 2 weeks. I have since re-enrolled to sit another course with them.
