The purchase of a Chester pool dining table was a huge decision for us and the team at Home Leisure Direct were fantastic from our visit to the Bristol showroom (which was a 7 hour round trip for us) right through to delivery/installation.
We were asked what we were looking to get from a table and were talked through all options available and were able to try the tables before making the decision as to what was right for us. Additionally, a big shout out to Charlie & Alex who were extremely helpful when responding to our (often daft) questions.
Due to building work, we were unable to take delivery when the table was ready and Charlie sorted it for us so that it was stored until we were ready to receive it. Delivery and installation by Chris & Mark was a very smooth and professional process with the table positioned exactly where we needed it.
The table looks amazing whether as a pool or dining table, thank you Home Leisure Direct, Charlie and the rest of the team and I would highly recommend this company and a visit to the showroom to see not only the tables but also the arcade games machines, pinball machines and more.

I bought a patio dining pool table for our son's 21st, and it all went really smooth and easy with Home Leisure Direct, from the ordering process with Columbo (very kind!) to the delivery and installation just a week later (very professional!). I truly recommend Home Leisure Direct.

Phenomenal service and advice from start to finish!

I cannot recommend Home Leisure Direct highly enough! Right from the offset, their customer service was fantastic. I initially spoke to Alex Ireland, who gave me phenomenal advice based on my exact room dimensions. He took the time to patiently talk me through every single option available for the pool table I wanted to purchase, ensuring I made the perfect choice for my space.

When it came to delivery day, the entire process went really, really smoothly. A massive thank you to Phil and Dwane, the delivery drivers who also installed the table. They were absolutely great, did a phenomenal job with the setup, and made sure everything was perfectly leveled and ready to play before they left.

I am really, really happy with my new pool table and the entire experience.

Just had my pool table delivered and fitted by Neil & Aaron great job really friendly guys. Couldn’t do enough for you. Great showroom at Home and leisure gave me lots of advice about the cloth and what it does as I’m no expert. 🤣 but one thing I not sure or happy with is to charge me £75 to go up literally 8 steps not floors just eight steps!!!! and saying it’s for insurance reasons ??????

We took a trip to Home Leisure Direct's showrooms as we were on the look out for a Pool table for our new garden room but had no real idea what we were looking for and wanted some advice and to see them in person.

Charlie greated us and helped us out with everything from viewing the available table options, different configurations and matching accessories. He even went as far as to help draft up an AI example of what our table would look like with the options we were trying to decide between (table colour, cloth colour & benches etc) - It was really helpful!
We were happy to place the order & Charlie made sure we got exactly what we wanted!

We were kept up to date through the whole process of the table being made and when delivery was expected.
It was made, delivered & set-up within 5-6 weeks of placing the order.

Mitch & Joe delivered and set up our table in less than 2 hrs (and this was on one of our hottest heat wave days in June!)
They were both fantastic - polite, friendly & great with information, telling us how to look after and maintain the table, and how/ when to re-adjust the level if needed etc.
They took great care with bringing the table parts in making sure not to damage them, fitting the parts together & making sure everything was spot on with measurements and levels etc. The table looks great and plays perfectly!

We would 100% recommend Home Leisure Direct if you're looking for any entertainment options for your game rooms! Their selection is vast and I would highly recommend a visit to the show rooms so you can see things in person rather than just on the website. Plus in person you can have a go and get the best advice direct!
