Great Service
I ordered a table and stool set for my children. It arrived in about 2 weeks and was very easy to put together. However, it was evident that one stool was faulty.
After contacting their customer service, who was very helpful, replacement parts were sent within a few days of my call.
Very happy with the finished product.

Once your order was scheduled for delivery, we contacted you to book in the delivery day and time, which was accepted.
The courier had called 30 minutes prior to delivery as requested, but was unable to reach you by phone.
Unfortunately, when the courier got to the house, no one was there to accept.
Instead of cancelling the delivery as it had been confirmed, they thought it would be best to leave it at the house for you.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that it may have caused for you.

Brilliant communication for the company. I ordered a bed it was a little late on the delivery but the company contacted us to let us know our order was running late. The quality of the bed was excellent. I am happy with my purchase and I would order from home line again.

Highly recommend Homeline Furniture
Products bought were cheaper than most other stores! Furniture ordered and delivered within the time frame given, although closer to the 5th week, but given one of the items needed to be shipped from the UK to store, this was expected. Any contact or questions by email or phone were always answered quickly by Mickeala! I would highly recommend Homeline furniture, and will be shopping here again in the future.
